The American Benefits Council thanks you for your leadership in addressing the nation’s obesity crisis and introduction of legislation, the Treat and Reduce Obesity Act (S. 596/H.R. 1577) to help tackle this crisis.

The obesity epidemic is deeply concerning to employers. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the prevalence of obesity in the United States had significant implications for the employee health, productivity, and health care costs.
