OCAN sent a letter to OPM Director Scott Kupor urging the agency to reverse proposed 2027 FEHB coverage restrictions that create substantial out-of-pocket costs and care interruptions for federal employees and retirees living with obesity. OCAN requested an immediate meeting with OPM leadership to address these affordability concerns and preserve non-discriminatory access to evidence-based obesity care.
