OCAN provides comments to the House Budget Committee’s newly formed Health Care Task Force October 23, 2024

OCAN appreciates the opportunity to provide feedback to the House Budget Committee's newly formed Health Care Task Force by recommending that Congress pass the Treat and Reduce Obesity Act, which would update Medicare’s coverage for obesity treatments for both older Americans and our country. Doing so would provide the full continuum of care and relief for the many older Americans living with obesity, making their lives safer and healthier.
