View Live-Stream

On Tuesday, July 27 at 2:30 pm Eastern, please join the Obesity Care Advocacy Network to learn about how community partnerships can be leveraged to increase access to obesity care, in a discussion that brings together healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector.

Building off the first webinar in this series on May 24, "A Closer Look at the Impact of Obesity Throughout One's Lifetime", which explored the science of obesity and why so many face barriers attaining obesity care, this event dives into the community-oriented solutions needed to address obesity, across the continuum from prevention to treatment.

The event will feature a discussion with:

  • Michelle I. Cardel, PhD, MS, RD – Director, Global Clinical Research & Nutrition, WW International

  • Julie K. Wood, MD, MPH, FAAFP – Senior Vice President, Research, Science and Health of the Public, American Academy of Family Physicians

  • Loria B. Yeadon, JD, MS – President and CEO, YMCA of Greater Seattle

Moderated by:

Heather Hodge, MEd – Senior Director, Community Health, YMCA of the USA
